I enjoy writing and editing. As Tim and I develop workshops and presentations, we appreciate the synergy to experience the joy of designing instruction for effective and interactive outcomes. I am a former high school teacher in private Christian schools and public schools, with two graduate degrees from The University of Iowa in Education: Instructional Design and Technology. I helped professors integrate online courses into their curriculum. With my thirst for learning and use of computer skills, I appreciate the collaborative options we find with ever-changing online tech tools. Flexibility to meet the goals and expectations of those Tim serves is a key component of our teamwork.

Having known and worked with Tim since 2013, we respect the time and effort it takes to integrate customized ways to make efficient and effective strategic decisions. We often work online sharing short Zoom calls or longer in-depth discussions multiple times each week. I also volunteer for Christian disciplemaking MicroGroups (GlobalDi.org) with Greg Ogden and work part-time with Nick Vujicic (NickVMinistries.org).
