Bev Garcia
Director of Learning Experience & Instructional Design
Bev Garcia is an editor, publisher, instructional designer, author, and digital communications specialist who helps pastors, ministries, and nonprofit organizations expand their impact through clear communication, effective training, and strategic use of technology.
For more than two decades, Bev has combined writing, education, and technology to help leaders communicate their message, equip others for ministry, and build systems that support growth and discipleship. Her work includes editing books and articles, designing websites, developing online courses, creating educational resources, and helping organizations strengthen their digital presence.
Words have always been at the heart of her work. She is fascinated by their meanings, origins, and influence. Words can encourage or discourage, heal or wound, clarify or confuse. Because communication shapes both understanding and action, Bev is passionate about helping leaders express truth with clarity, accuracy, and purpose.
She especially values the use of analogies, metaphors, comparisons, and other word pictures that connect biblical truths and complex ideas to everyday life. These tools help people see what is often unseen, making learning more memorable and meaningful. Her appreciation for language also extends to sentence structure, critical thinking, and the careful study of Scripture.
As an instructional designer, Bev has helped educators, pastors, and ministry leaders create engaging learning experiences that produce lasting results. She enjoys transforming information into practical, interactive resources that help people grow in knowledge, faith, and application.
A lifelong learner and problem solver, Bev embraces emerging technologies while keeping people and mission at the center. Whether editing a manuscript, designing a discipleship resource, building a website, or developing a training program, her goal is the same: to help leaders communicate more effectively so they can fulfill the work God has called them to do.
